Course on Open, Reproducible and Transparent Science in Ecology Oct. 19, 2026 9:00 AM
Course on how to manage, produce, use, and reuse data with reproducible workflows. The course is planned to be held at Finse, in October 2026. Students will be introduced to open science, data management, data repositories/databases, data standards (e.g. FAIR, CARE), best practices, and reproducible workflows (e.g. data curation, analysis, GitHub, reporting results).
