Research interests
I am very interested in how prehistoric animals lived, what they ate, what ate them, and how these interactions were influenced by geography and the environment. My master’s thesis focused on mixosaurs, a group of small ichthyosaurs from the Triassic, and their unique teeth and diversity. My current PhD research focuses on much older ecosystems from the Cambrian, Ordovician and Silurian, where I investigate everything from major changes in biodiversity to traces of worms feeding on trilobites.
