  • Coordinate the museum's overall diversity, equality and inclusion work
  • Develop the museum’s policies and action plans to promote diversity, equality and inclusion
  • Lead cross-organisational projects aimed at promoting diversity, equality and inclusion

  • Support the Research Director in coordinating and developing the museum’s higher education activities (PhD and Master’s education and student mobility).
  • Provide support, follow-up, and career guidance to PhD candidates.
